As CHAAN A&D; we are committed to sustainable design practices. We incorporate our knowledge and experience in green technologies and practices into all our projects.  

We also provide professional consultancy to our clients and other design firms to help them achieve highly sustainable buildings in the most efficient and effective manner.  We have LEED certified architects that can provide all necessary specialist consultation and coordination for LEED applications. Our last consultancy job, the AIA Building in Bangkok recently received LEED Gold Certification.

LEED, or Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, is a green building certification program that recognizes best-in-class building strategies and practices.

LEED is the most widely used green building rating system in the world with 1.7 million square feet of construction space certifying every day.
